We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FullSatck Developer to join our Technology & Cloud Service Line. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that address complex challenges and meet client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for coding, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions to meet business and client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
  • Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system designs, user guides, and project reports
  • Support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives


Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, or similar
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design and front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Fluid in English


Nice to have/It is a plus:

  • Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to machine learning or data analytics
