About The Role
We are looking for an Information Security Analyst (Sales Enablement Focus) to bridge the gap between our Information Security and Sales teams. This role will be responsible for managing customer security questionnaires, supporting RFP/RFI submissions, and communicating our security posture to prospective clients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with excellent communication and organizational skills to help drive trust and enable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and complete customer security questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ, VSA, and custom formats).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to gather, validate, and refine responses.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of security documentation, ensuring all materials reflect current controls, certifications, and practices.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs related to security, compliance, and data protection delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the companys security posture, controls, and certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Develop scalable processes and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across questionnaire responses.
- Act as a liaison between the InfoSec team and prospective customers during security reviews and audits.
- Track, analyze, and report on common questionnaire themes to inform internal security initiatives and customer communications.
- Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Information Security, Risk, Compliance, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology environments.
- Hands-on experience completing third-party security questionnaires or managing RFP/RFI submissions.
- Strong understanding of security controls, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with sales enablement processes and how InfoSec supports customer trust and deal acceleration.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
