We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications
  • Conduct business process modeling, create process flow diagrams, and generate applicable scenarios for technical functionalities
  • Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions
  • Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives


Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating User Stories and detailed specifications
  • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, including use case development and process/functional requirements definition
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to problem-solve and propose resourceful, forward-thinking solutions
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, mid-level management, and executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
