The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of technology and data projects for our clients across LatAm. This is a key role for someone with a technical mindset and strong coordination skills, who enjoys working with clients, organizing teams, and ensuring that every project is delivered successfully — from implementation to go-live and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for assigned client accounts — from implementation to post-go-live support.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with internal teams.
- Coordinate with data, product, and technical teams to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, and risks effectively.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate client needs into actionable plans.
- Use data and analytics (Power BI, SQL) to monitor progress, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Maintain clear project documentation, dashboards, and reports for leadership and clients.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating technology or data-related projects.
- Experience in tech companies, startups, or insurance/insurtech environments (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of data and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL or similar).
- Excellent communication and client management skills — proactive, clear, and empathetic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and delivery focus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed, multicultural teams.
- Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2+)
