We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our clients AI team in Brussels.

This role offers the opportunity to work on practical AI applications, including Generative AI, to improve client experiences, support employees, and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, NLP, image generation, speech-to-text, and classical ML/statistics.
• Write production-ready code in Python and work with pre-trained models.
• Communicate insights and results to management.
• Collaborate with an Agile, cross-functional team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Familiarity with Domino, Git, and GenAI frameworks is a plus. Experience in Finance is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator who can translate technical results to business insights.
