Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and a proven track record of working on real-world machine learning projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for production use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into scalable, production-grade systems.
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to define model requirements
• and implement robust solutions.
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Design and develop tools to automate and streamline model training, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies to continuously improve our systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including experience with version control, testing, and optimization.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or another modern language.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and tools for deploying and monitoring ML models.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for managing machine learning pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
• Familiarity with recommendation systems or media/entertainment industry-specific machine learning use cases.
