The role
This Role sits at the heart of the customer business problem in creating and proposing the best of Capgemini as a solution that is a match for the client requirement. You engage with the customer, either proactively or via request, to draw out the business challenges that they have and align the Capgemini solution portfolio to it. Communicating the solution to the client, you demonstrate the value that Capgemini adds and how we are differentiated to meet and exceed their business needs.
The role needs a techno-functional visionary leader with strategic thinking and a strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure solutions with a particular focus on Cyber Security, PAM and IAM. Someone with a startup mindset and attitude, who is a great motivator, brings people together and act as the catalyst to achieve the best possible solution. A well informed opinion in the use of Agentic Ai and automation principles as levers of driving down client TCO is essential. Critical to the success of the role is someone who can build trusted relationships with account teams and senior clients to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Actively develop and drive strategic and tactical opportunities within the Nordics
- Collaborating with Market and Portfolio sales teams to identify potential customers and develop a deep understanding of their technical and business requirements
- Engage with the client in a compelling and collaborative way to establish trust and understand their business and how Capgemini can help them
- Develop compelling cost effective/compelling solutions using the best of Capgemini to exceed client expectations
- Provide technical and sector guidance and support throughout the sales process, including responding to inquiries, conducting assessments, and developing proposals
- Participate in industry events and conferences to share your knowledge and expertise and network with customers and partners showing thought leadership
- Act as a Nordic SPOC for the Cyber GTM organization, leveraging additional resource capacity from the global Cyber organization
- When required, operate as a Solution Lead or Solution Architect to provide essential deal capacity
- Work across our partner organisations to bring the best of their products/services together with Capgemini services (Microsoft, Z Scaler). Strong knowledge and experience of industry standard Cyber and Access Management tooling platforms is essential, including EntraID and AD
- Demonstrable experience of navigating a large matrixed Service Provider type organizations including Run (Managed Services) and Projects and Consulting structures
- Strong transformation/change and solutions expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges
