Senior Project Manager – Helsinki
Client: International Construction Consultancy
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Salary: €165,000 – €175,000 (DOE)
The role is with a leading international consultancy delivering complex data centre and advanced technology projects across Europe. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major data centre delivery in the region, ensuring projects are executed to the highest technical, quality, and safety standards.
The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the major data centre project. This includes planning, coordination, resource allocation, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery on a major data centre project from design through to handover.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client interfaces.
- Ensure programme, cost, and quality targets are achieved.
- Implement and maintain best-in-class safety and quality systems.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation planning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to site teams.
- Report project progress to senior management and the client.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 8+ years’ experience in project management of hyperscale data centre projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to deliver technically complex projects under tight timelines.
- Previous experience working internationally is an advantage.
Package:
- Salary: €165,000 – €175,000 DOE
