🔧 Your Mission
We are seeking a Backend Developer with a product-oriented mindset, passionate about agile development, stable operations, and technical excellence. You will work closely with system architects, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions powering critical infrastructure applications.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, optimized, and stable Spring Boot microservices.
- Participate in end-to-end application development, from requirements analysis to deployment and operations.
- Conduct testing along the test pyramid, including unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and continuously optimize performance.
- Ensure stable operation up to the acceptance environment and provide Level 2–3 support during business hours.
- Support system architects and business analysts in conceptual design and technical planning.
- Define and monitor non-functional requirements (security, performance, reliability).
- Prepare and maintain technical, functional, and operational documentation.
- Conduct design, code, and test reviews within the agile team.
🎯 Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
- ≥ 2 years of professional experience with Java Spring Boot development.
- Proven ability to work independently and iteratively in an agile, product-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including effective remote teamwork.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with Kotlin and/or TypeScript.
- Experience running and maintaining applications in AWS Kubernetes clusters.
- Interest or experience in DevOps practices (monitoring, CI/CD, automation).
- Language requirements: English (C1 minimum), German (B2 minimum).
