Position Overview:

Integrity360 is seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex cybersecurity projects from inception to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering cybersecurity projects that are critical to our clients' security posture, enhancing the security and integrity of their systems and data.

The role is hybrid, requiring some visits to our office in Dublin and client sites, as well as occasional travel to the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs, define project objectives and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management: Build and lead project teams, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, setting priorities and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively plan, allocate and manage project resources to meet project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high quality standards and comply with cybersecurity regulations, best practices and industry standards.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders and internal management, providing regular updates and reports on project statuses, progress, risks and issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, budget tracking, status/highlight reports and lessons learned.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with cybersecurity trends, technologies, best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization.

Qualifications:

• 5+years client-facing Project Management experience working within an IT Managed Service Provider or similar, preferably including 2+ years working in Cyber Security, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
