Enterprise Applications Lead - Real estate - Up to €130,000 + bonus

Are you ready to take ownership of the technology strategy for a newly launched real estate business, backed by one of the world’s largest private equity firms?

In this role, you’ll set the direction for the company’s enterprise platforms – leading the strategy, implementation, and ongoing evolution of business-critical applications. You’ll have the autonomy to define the application roadmap, influence senior stakeholders and partners, and drive transformation initiatives across the organisation.

The technology landscape combines bespoke and off-the-shelf real estate systems, all centred around Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You’ll play a key role in implementing and integrating F&O across the business, so previous hands-on experience with the platform is essential. Experience in solution architecture and system integration will make you stand out even further.

You’ll also have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing applications team as the business continues to scale throughout its first year.
