The Data Analyst works closely with multiple departments — including finance, marketing, operations, and management — to deliver accurate analyses, develop reports, and support key business strategies.
Key responsibilities include gathering and cleaning data from various sources, building dashboards and reports, and performing detailed quantitative analyses. The Data Analyst will develop and maintain KPIs, visualize business trends, and contribute to forecasting and performance monitoring. The Analyst will ensure data accuracy and integrity while promoting best practices in data management and governance.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and curious, with a strong passion for turning numbers into actionable insights. They are comfortable working with large datasets, have a strong technical foundation, and can clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Strong command of Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to simplify complex data.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or data warehouse systems is an asset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to continuously improve processes and analytical tools.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business and analytics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a central role in helping the organization make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. You will contribute to the development of a data-driven culture and provide key insights that drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term success.
