The Opportunity

Our client are delivering one of Kerry’s largest residential schemes — long-term 1,000-unit development combining housing, duplex, and apartment phases across multiple phases. With works spanning over four years, this is a landmark project offering unrivalled career stability and progression.

They’re now seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of the site delivery, coordinating multiple phases and subcontract packages from groundworks through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are met.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, sequencing, and coordination across civils, utilities and building phases.
• Manage daily and weekly reporting, progress meetings and client liaison.
• Work closely with the design, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure technical compliance and efficient delivery.
• Drive Health & Safety excellence and maintain full adherence to statutory and company standards.
• Contribute to project phasing and logistics planning for future stages.

Experience & Background

• Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments (100+ units).
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure and utilities integration — previous experience dealing with Uisce Éireann and ESB is a clear advantage.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Trade or degree background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Full driver’s licence and flexibility for a long-term Kerry-based role.
