Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cork for a Project Manager/Contracts Manager residential position at OBR Construction Group. The Project Manager/Contracts Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource management, expediting project materials, ensuring project milestones are met, and managing site team. The role involves daily interaction with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills including project planning, resource management, and client interaction
- Inspection skills for conducting site inspections and ensuring quality control
- Logistics Management skills for managing and coordinating the movement of project resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in residential construction and familiarity with industry regulations
