We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our growing Digital Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact helping to deliver superb digital products and services that delight both customers and colleagues.
We’re searching for someone who’s collaborative, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. If you love solving complex problems, improving user experiences, and working cross-functionally — this could be the role for you.
This will be an initial 12 month contract with 3 days hybrid in the office in Dublin.
What you’ll do
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Team and stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, Business, and other internal teams to deliver new and improved digital solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platforms, systems, and customer experiences you’ll be working with.
- Own and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops to capture and define business needs.
- Document and manage business requirements to a high standard, driving platform and system changes in line with development methodologies.
- Collate stakeholder feedback clearly and consistently, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
- Secure business approvals for requirements and report regularly on progress to management.
- Support Scrum teams in creating user stories and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience working on large-scale IT or Digital projects.
- Experience of Digital products along with Agile tools Jira and Confluence.
- Strong background in business analysis, ideally within a digital environment.
- Experience collaborating with partners and third-party vendors.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
