We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong creative mindset and hands-on execution skills to lead the social and community growth of our casino and game provider brands.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the fast-paced world of gaming, crypto, and online communities, and knows how to turn content into measurable traction.
You will manage the full social media lifecycle — from content creation to growth execution — across our main channels: X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Kick, and Rumble.
Main tasks include:
- Develop and execute the monthly content plan and calendar across all platforms.
- Produce or coordinate the creation of 20–30 short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) per month.
- Publish around 30 posts per month tailored for X (Twitter) and Telegram.
- Launch community activations such as interactive quests, giveaways, and mini-challenges.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and influencers to deliver engaging content batches (UGC, static, motion).
- Coordinate growth campaigns to increase followers and engagement (organic + paid).
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and deliver weekly or bi-weekly reports & insights.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in crypto, gaming, and social media to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, ideally in iGaming, crypto, esports, or entertainment.
- Proven experience creating high-engagement short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Understanding of growth and community dynamics on Telegram and X.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Italian is a plus).
- Confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, Hootsuite, or Metricool.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy.
- Creative, fast, and autonomous — capable of managing both strategy and execution.
