We're looking for a skilled QA Engineer who is 100% passionate about quality. You are the critical link ensuring the unmanned aircraft, advanced camera gimbals, and ground control stations work together flawlessly in the real world.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- You'll design and run the tests that prove the hardware (drones, gimbals) and software (desktop/mobile controllers) communicate perfectly.
- As a first dedicated QA on the team, you'll have the potential to build comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies from the ground up.
- Actively identify, document, and track both software defects and complex hardware issues.
- You'll work directly with our brilliant engineering team to troubleshoot and solve deep technical problems.
- You will maintain all test documentation, prepare clear reports, and track the KPIs that define our success.
- You have 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- You're not afraid of hardware. You have experience testing hardware devices and communication protocols, not just desktop and mobile apps.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can trace a problem from the software layer right down to the hardware.
- You are an excellent communicator who can clearly explain complex technical issues to our R&D team.
- Experience in testing UAVs, drones, or other robotic systems.
- A background in video processing and streaming technologies.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Work on "Impossible" Tech: You'll be testing products that are years ahead of the market.
- Zero Bureaucracy: It's a "pure R&D" company. They value speed, flexibility, and good ideas, not endless meetings.
- Total Flexibility: They trust their team. This role is hybrid with flexible working hours to fit your life.
- Competitive Compensation: They offer a monthly salary of 3000-4000 EUR gross per month for this critical role.
