Working as a part of the team of professionals, you will take responsibility for providing support forthe Accounting & Finance Departments and resolve ERP-related issues yourself or with the help of an external partner.

Job Description
Strādājot profesionāļu komandā,tu uzņemsies atbildību par atbalsta sniegšanu grāmatvedības un finanšu nodaļām un ar ERP saistītu problēmu risināšanu patstāvīgi vai ar ārēju partneru palīdzību.
Pienākumi
- IT finanšu sistēmas atbalsts uzņēmuma iekšējiem lietotājiem (Medius, JET atskaites, Business Central, Business Central Cloud utt.).
- Incidentu un problēmu pirmā līmeņa pārskatīšana.
- Koordinēt dažādas instalācijas, atjauninājumus utt.
- Dalība NAV/BC lokālajos un BC SaaS saistītos projektos.
- Ikdienas atbalsts finanšu lietotājiem (Business Central iestatījumi, procesi utt.).
- Problēmu analīze, savlaicīga incidentu risināšana un eskalācija trešo pušu piegādātājiem.
- Pastāvīga finanšu ERP sistēmas infrastruktūras attīstība un uzlabošana.
- Turpmāko ar finanšu IT sistēmu saistītu projektu pārvaldība un atbalsts.
- Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze finanšu IT sistēmu uzturēšanā/atbalstā.
- Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze ar NAV vai BC atbalstu.
- Labas angļu un latviešu valodas prasmes.
- Augsta atbildības sajūta un stingra uzmanība detaļām.
- Labas komunikācijas un komandas darba prasmes.
- Spēja strādāt patstāvīgi ar minimālu uzraudzību.
- Pozitīva attieksme un vēlme strādāt dinamiskā vidē.
- Microsoft Power Automate zināšanas tiks uzskatītas par priekšrocību.
- NAV/BC sertifikāts tiks uzskatīts par priekšrocību. Vēlama vidējā vai augstākā izglītība IT jomā.
- Bruto mēnešalga no 3500 EUR līdz 4700 EUR.

Working as a part of the team of professionals, you will take responsibility for providing support forthe Accounting & Finance Departments and resolve ERP-related issues yourself or with the help of an external partner.
Responsibilities
- IT finance system support for the company’s internal users (Medius, JET reports, Business Central, Business Central Cloud, etc.)
- Incident and issue the first-level review
- Coordinate various installations, upgrades, etc.
- Participate in NAV/BC on-prem and BC SaaS related projects
- Daily support of Finance users (Business Central settings, processes, etc.)
- Problem analysis, timely incident resolution, and escalation to third-party suppliers
- Constant development and improvements of the finance ERP system infrastructure
- Manage and support future finance IT system-related projects
- At least 3 years’ experience in finance IT system maintenance/support
- At least 3 years’ experience with NAV or BC support
- Fluent English and Latvian language skills
- High sense of responsibility & strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess a positive attitude & willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is advantageous
- Holding a NAV/BC certification is considered an advantage.
- IT-related secondary or higher education is preferred
- Gross monthly salary from 3500 EUR to 4700 EUR.
