Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take responsibility for the RX portfolio in the Baltic markets. The role offers a unique opportunity to drive the strategic development and performance of established and newly launched prescription brands across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual brand plans for assigned RX products across the Baltic region.
- Manage the full marketing mix to achieve brand objectives and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate closely with sales and medical teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and field execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the regulatory or reimbursement environment.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, agencies, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Oversee promotional activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Analyze brand performance, sales results and ROI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to regional business reviews and provide insights for future portfolio planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
- At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand or product management, preferably within the RX segment.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactive, organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic regional environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Baltics and occasionally to regional meetings.
