We’re looking for a versatile Cybersecurity Specialist who enjoys variety, challenge, and growth. In this role, you won’t be limited to a single area — you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple cybersecurity domains, from defensive monitoring to offensive testing, automation, and cloud security. We know no one can be an expert in everything. What matters most is a strong foundation on both the defensive (Blue Team) and offensive (Red Team) sides, curiosity to learn, and the drive to turn ideas into actionable results. You’ll design protection frameworks, test them, find weaknesses, and make them stronger — an iterative process that keeps the job engaging and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

• Research emerging cybersecurity threats and propose practical, actionable improvements.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with hardening and best-practice standards.
• Perform targeted secure code reviews to identify vulnerabilities early.
• Configure, analyze, and respond to security alerts from multiple sources (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, SAST, DAST, EDR).
• Investigate security incidents and contribute to better detection and response playbooks.
• Build and automate security solutions (SIEM, vulnerability management, security-as-code).
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to manage and reduce risks.
• Lead or support awareness programs, security training, and internal initiatives.
• Contribute flexibly to various security projects — switching focus areas as priorities evolve.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Broad interest in cybersecurity with a willingness to learn across multiple domains.
• Working knowledge of both offensive and defensive security practices.
• Hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with SIEM, vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Windows, and macOS systems.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Python scripting for automation or security tooling.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive, curious, and self-motivated mindset.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred:

• Industry certifications (CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar).
• Experience with Scala, JavaScript, CI/CD pipelines, or modern DevSecOps tools.
