IT Operations Specialist (part-time contract-based in Vilnius)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Youll join a growing IT company that develops and maintains Addendum Solution and other technology products for our clients.

Were looking for an experienced IT Operations Specialist to support us on a part-time, contract basis (approximately 10 hours per week).

In this role, youll take ownership of internal IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations for employees, tools, and production environments. This is a hands-on and independent position, ideal for someone who enjoys working flexibly while maintaining a high technical standard.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide IT support to employees diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues as needed.
• Maintain, prepare, and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices) for new and existing employees.
• Manage procurement and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Administer and maintain internal IT tools primarily Google Workspace (G-Suite) and other SaaS platforms.
• Oversee and maintain Addendum Solution (ADS) infrastructure according to client requirements including configuration, access control, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support our product infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and smooth deployments.
• Implement IT security standards and maintain documentation of IT procedures and access management.
• Continuously improve the reliability and efficiency of internal IT operations.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking fundamentals.
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace (G-Suite) environments.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps tools strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Available for approximately 10 hours per week (flexible schedule).
