Brief Info About Vinted

Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.

The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:

Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people. Our backers include Accel, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sprints, and TPG.

Information About The Position

We see design - including UX writing - as a crucial element of achieving our mission. As our new Senior Content Designer, you'll be empowered to craft clear, compelling content for design solutions that meet people’s needs. Content design is a valued discipline within our established design organization, working alongside product designers and researchers to create experiences where language plays an essential role.

To support this, we’re looking for a Senior Content Designer with at least 3-6 years’ experience in content design and UX writing roles to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, leading, and executing product content and content design strategy in Vinted’s Trust and Safety domain. You will report to the Content Design Manager.

As a Senior Content Designer, you'll work to identify content opportunities, build cases for improvement, and drive solutions that demonstrate measurable impact. You’ll bring techniques and frameworks that help the content design team work more strategically. The ideal candidate has experience taking projects from problem identification through to testing and validation, and navigating the unique challenges of safety-related content that requires collaboration with legal, policy, data, customer support, and cross-functional product teams.

In this position, you’ll

  • Participate in Trust and Safety planning to scope content design work and proactively identify content-driven opportunities to improve user experience.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that shape how Vinted communicates complex trust and safety concepts.
  • Craft UX copy and microcopy for Trust and Safety that makes complex safety and policy concepts clear and actionable, setting the benchmark for content quality at Vinted.
  • Run content audits to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, then drive projects that reduce debt and improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and localization teams to shape features where content plays a critical role in user success.
  • Build templates, processes, and frameworks that other content designers can use to replicate effective practices and increase the team's impact.
  • Build and execute content-focused tests (A/B tests, content experiments) to impact key metrics.
  • Bring curiosity about AI and innovation to the team, experimenting with new tools and approaches that advance content design practice.

About You

  • Outstanding English communication skills (native or near-native proficiency).
  • 3-6+ years in Content Design and UX writing roles.
  • Experience in developing content strategy, running experiments, and using data to validate content decisions.
  • Experienced working in localized products and understanding how content decisions impact translation and global user experience.
  • Fluency in other Vinted market languages such as French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Please include a portfolio showing examples of previous content design work. We’re interested in how you identify problems, develop solutions, and measure impact.
