Are you an experienced payment specialist with business and technical understanding?

We are the Customer & Sector Integration Tribe. Our mission is to enable customers to streamline their banking experience by automating the communication of financial interactions and data - covering the entire journey between customers, Danske Bank, the financial sector, and authorities. With a good mix of experience, nationalities, and genders, we are a diverse team that works in an agile way and is distributed across countries.

We are looking for a curious Business & Functional Specialist to join the Statements squad. The Statements squad’s domain is developing, improving, and creating various types of account statements for Danske Bank customers.

You will:

  • Develop and refine requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of technical solutions
  • Translate the business needs and sector requirements into clear objectives and requirements, and participate in testing the solutions
  • Capture key details for documentation and apply technical skills for data analysis

About you:

  • You are analytical by nature and skilled at capturing important details for documentation
  • Experience in the payment domain or with file integration is highly beneficial
  • Driven to work in agile environments, able to adapt to change and work iteratively
  • Comfortable working with technical tools and able to analyse data effectively
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the monthly salary range will be from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
