Business Consultant

Join our team and contribute to the design and evolution of tools for managing nuclear materials stocks and exchanges in a high-impact, regulated environment. As a Business & IT Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions.

Your Role

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Collecting user requirements and translating them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Facilitating workshops, user committees, and collaborative sessions.
• Performing impact analysis and retro-engineering using PL/SQL.
• Defining data flows and mapping business processes.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Designing data warehouses (DWH) and functional/UX/UI solutions.
• Streamlining applications’ interfaces and functionalities.
• Reshaping business workflows by removing unnecessary tasks, flows, and exchanges.

Project Management & Coordination

• Coordinating project deliveries and liaising between business teams and IT services.
• Supporting the creation of regulations and reporting standards for nuclear material management.

Documentation & Deliverables

• Preparing user requirements, use case diagrams (ARIS, BPMN), functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Ensuring solutions meet both business and technical standards.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, XML, Java, Angular, and DWH concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA.
• Skilled in ARIS & BPMN for process modeling and use case diagrams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
