Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer/LLM Specialist - International Organization

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions. You will work with cutting- edge technologies such as OpenAI, Azure AI, and modern NLP frameworks to build scalable, high-performance applications that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar platforms.

* Build robust data pipelines and training workflows with Python and TensorFlow.

* Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

* Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI into production systems.

* Stay ahead of the curve by researching and experimenting with the latest in LLMs and NLP.

* Write clean, maintainable code and document your solutions for long-term success.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor/Master Degree in IT or related field.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/LLM development.

* Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow.

* Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs.

* Familiarity with libraries like Transformers, LangChain, or similar.

* Solid software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, testing.

* Team player with experience working in agile environments.
