Job title: Business Analyst - Digital Channels

Location: Luxembourg – Hybrid (1 week onsite / 1 week remote)

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Start Date: ASAP (ideally next week)

Role Overview:

The company is implementing major digital initiatives (website, mobile app, online client space) to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will support digital and cross-functional projects, ensuring effective requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements; analyse and document needs.
• Prioritise backlog, structure user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce/update functional specifications and validate vendor deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business teams, vendors, and management.
• Support UAT, track defects, and assist with go-live and post-deployment activities.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to best practices.
• Analyse processes, recommend improvements, and align digital solutions with operational goals.

Deliverables:

• Functional specifications/user stories, prioritised backlog, workshop summaries, UAT plans, and structured documentation.

Profile & Skills:

• 4–8 years as a Business Analyst on web, mobile, or omnichannel projects.
• Experience in requirements workshops, backlog management (JIRA, Confluence), and system integrations.
• Knowledge of UX, accessibility, performance, and cross-functional project support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluent French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
