Location: Luxembourg – Hybrid (1 week onsite / 1 week remote)

Role Overview:
The company is implementing major digital initiatives (website, mobile app, online client space) to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will support digital and cross-functional projects, ensuring effective requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and gather business requirements; analyse and document needs.
- Prioritise backlog, structure user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Produce/update functional specifications and validate vendor deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, vendors, and management.
- Support UAT, track defects, and assist with go-live and post-deployment activities.
- Maintain functional documentation and contribute to best practices.
- Analyse processes, recommend improvements, and align digital solutions with operational goals.
Deliverables:
- Functional specifications/user stories, prioritised backlog, workshop summaries, UAT plans, and structured documentation.
Profile & Skills:
- 4–8 years as a Business Analyst on web, mobile, or omnichannel projects.
- Experience in requirements workshops, backlog management (JIRA, Confluence), and system integrations.
- Knowledge of UX, accessibility, performance, and cross-functional project support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Fluent French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
