Mission

The generalist project manager will manage various business and IT projects. He will have significant experience in the management of business solution upgrade projects as well as in the implementation of IT infrastructure projects.

Below is the list of projects that could be assigned:

• Refactoring Metering Data Flows: The project will coordinate the refactoring of data flows between meters, metering applications, as well as internal and external systems
• Online appointment for Metering Services: Enable appointment booking in the CRM for interventions
• Scanner Replacement: Replacement of scanners that are no longer supported
• Lovion Upgrade: The objective is to upgrade the Lovion solution
• BCM Governance & Tooling: The project aims to define a new approach to modeling processes, assets and their attributes, as well as systems and data flows, in accordance with the principles of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Hosting platform replacement: The objective of this project is to replace current equipment and meet the needs of the business in terms of performance, resilience and security
• Improving cloud infrastructure Communication around events on the network
• Analyze the adaptations necessary for compliance according to the new electricity law
• Analysis of new regulations
• Integration of MT Clients into the CRM
• Updating a virtualization solution
• Improving the Financial Reporting
• Data Governance Project

Desired profile

• Hold a Master's degree (BAC +5) in computer science, telecommunications, industrial computing, electrical engineering, information systems, business management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years specifically in project management
• Mastery of the main stages of a project's life cycle, from planning to closure, including operational management, stakeholder coordination and risk management
• A recognized certification in project management is required (such as PMP, Prince2, IPMA, PSM or equivalent), attesting to one's knowledge of methodologies and best practices. A copy of this certification or at least the provision of the data allowing it to be verified on the websites of the certification bodies must be provided
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Be able to produce structured, clear documents adapted to different audiences, whether they are minutes, support for steering committees or project deliverables
• Fluid and assertive communication with a variety of interlocutors
• Knows how to create a climate of trust, manage sensitive situations with diplomacy and mobilize teams around common objectives
• His ability to adapt his discourse and posture according to the context is essential to ensure an effective and unifying management of the project
• Significant experience (more than 3 years) in the field of energy is an advantage
• Desired technical experience: MS Project, Office suite
• Understanding and speaking level B2: French and/or English (B2)
• Reading and writing level B2: French and English
