We’re growing and we’re looking for a UX/UI designer who’s ready to take full ownership of design from end to end for our EMS (Energy Management System) platform, where we enable our customers and partners to eliminate grid congestions, save costs, and reach sustainable goals.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:

👉 First UX/UI Designer in a fast growing scale-up, part of team Growth, reporting into Chief Growth Officer

👉 Design features end-to-end for Tibo EMS platform and new initiatives, that solves real customer problems

👉 Partner with Product Owner in Product Roadmap process, research and scoping the right thing to work on

👉 Take the lead for design iterations process, including diverse stakeholders feedback rounds

👉 Collaborate with engineering teams on realising the designs, and own not only the design but also the realized quality

👉 Be the advocate of the design thinking process: always understand the problem first

🎯 You’ll thrive in this role if:

✔️ You have 3-5 years UX/UI design experience, with at least 1 year experience designing for digital products (e.g. SaaS, Platform, Marketplace)

✔️ You have experience working directly with stakeholders and development team in iterating and realising the designs

✔️ You have experience working with Figma

✔️ You have experience using AI-tooling in design process

✔️ You are good at turning complex things simpler

✔️ You know what is good enough, ask ‘why’, but are also able to work with unknowns

✔️ You are able to facilitate discussions at various levels

✔️ You are fluent in English

Nice to have:

✔️Experience working in a start-up

✔️Experience with data heavy products
