Requirements

5–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, master data management, or related project management roles.
Lead and manage an end-to-end master data improvement project with a primary focus on vendor/supplier master data.
Streamline processes for both direct and indirect supplier data management to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
Facilitate workshops with procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to assess, document, and optimize current master data processes and supporting tools.
Map and document existing processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
Define and document: Master data definitions, business rules, and metadata standards, AS-IS and TO-BE master data maintenance processes, Master data quality rules and validation mechanisms, Clear RACI matrices for ownership and accountability.
Prepare functional design specifications and participate in testing activities for IT systems related to master data management.
Identify dependencies and interlinkages with other projects to ensure alignment of objectives and minimize overlap or conflicts.
Proven experience in project management, procurement, and data management roles.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, data governance frameworks, and master data lifecycle management.
Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Hands-on experience in process mapping (VSM), data governance setup, RACI modeling, and data quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Proven ability to drive change and deliver cross-functional projects in complex organizational settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics Management, or a related field.
Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Solid understanding of SAP data models, data architecture principles, and integration with procurement processes.
Strong affinity with data, IT systems, and ERP technologies.
Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive communicator capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a structured, detail-focused approach to project delivery.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
