Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operational execution of ongoing projects and act as a key liaison between project teams, planning, stakeholders, and line management. The role involves managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving project performance against scope, timeline, budget, and client satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of services/projects involving cross-functional teams
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Review project status, budgets, risks, and prepare regular status reports
• Identify and resolve project-level issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals
• Develop and implement mechanisms to track project performance and ensure interventions when needed
• Establish operational plans, policies, and strategic improvements
• Influence and gain cooperation through stakeholder engagement (no direct authority required)
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and vendors
