As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Hacken’s products and services to meet the most critical needs of clients in blockchain, cybersecurity, and compliance. Your mission is to analyze our portfolio, identify growth opportunities, optimize packaging and monetization, and explore emerging technologies and trends across the Web3 ecosystem. Working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, you’ll turn insights into impactful product improvements and new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate adoption and performance of existing Hacken offerings to identify improvement areas and new positioning opportunities.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients and partners to ensure Hacken’s roadmap addresses the top industry pain points.
• Design improved product structures, pricing models, and communication strategies to increase clarity and market fit.
• Identify new business models, feature sets, and market verticals within cybersecurity, compliance, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Define and track product metrics, usage data, and customer success indicators.
• Maintain a clear overview of market trends and competitive positioning in the Web3 security and compliance landscape.
• Conduct continuous technical research and benchmarking of blockchain networks, protocols, and security tools.
• Monitor new attack vectors, DeFi/RWA trends, regulatory technologies, and cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with internal research and audit teams to transform findings into actionable product insights or new services.

It’s a Match If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Analyst in technology, cybersecurity, or blockchain.
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical research and synthesize insights on blockchain ecosystems and security mechanisms.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS models, Web3 infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-driven, curious, and passionate about advancing cybersecurity and compliance in the digital-asset space.
