Deliverables
- Design new web pages and update existing layouts using Figma components
- Adapt and improve current Figma component library to meet new design needs
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement feedback
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Prepare design assets for handoff to development teams
- Participate in regular remote meetings and design reviews
- Proven experience designing web interfaces with Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design skills and component-based workflows
- Ability to work part-time on a contract basis, fully remote
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility best practices
- Experience working with established design systems and iterating on existing components
- Comfortable with feedback-driven, iterative design processes
