Title: HR Finance Assistant & Inside Sales

Our client is looking for a HR Finance Assistant & Inside Sales, where the candidate will have a dual role, supporting both administrative HR/finance functions and customer-facing sales activities. They will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer interactions.
Duties Include:
- Support HR / Admin leadership with administrative / organizational tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding)
- Maintain personnel files, manage time-tracking systems
- Assist in recruitment, drafting contracts, preparing employment certificates / references
- Support accounts payable / accounts receivable tasks
- General admin duties, office organization
- Create offers, contracts (purchase / service), project billing
- Ensure timely communication with customers
- Coordinate hardware pickups from customers (IT equipment)
The preferred candidate will ideally have experience in similar roles, completed commercial education, ideally with HR training. Strong German (native) and intermediate English, French is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a bonus. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
