We are currently looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Junior HR Budgeting and Reporting Specialist for Bucharest within KMG Rompetrol Services Center.



Company that functions as a Service Center including support functions (Administrative, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Procurement, Service Improvement, QHSE, Secretariat). In 2015, our Shared Services Center was born covering all Romanian Legal Entities and working according to the newly defined processes, roles and responsibilities and target to better serve our clients and to deliver high quality services to the Group.



Your new role: Gathering, analyzing, compiling and reporting relevant HR information (e.g.: headcount, staff cost, employee demographics, workforce analytics, etc.) to meet the business needs and sustain an effective decision-making process.




Activities going to help you shine:


• Ensures timely delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for both HR, internal customers and management team; presenting relevant HR information and proposing related recommendations for decision making purposes;

• Participates to the staff costs budgeting and reporting processes;

• Analyzes collected data, determining historical trends, calculating variances, reconciling differences and reporting HR information so that to obtain a synthetic overview of the workforce data and staff costs at group level;

• Ensures sensitive HR data and related processes are properly handled in line with legislative requirements, confidentiality policy and best practices;

• Proactively manages relationships with stakeholders such as HR operational teams, Payroll and Administrative Services team, Finance and Performance and Planning teams;

• Maintains accurate databases from reporting tools and creates reports to the company management and HR Business Partners to facilitate access to accurate and up-to-date information.


The fuel needed to go further with us:


• University degree, preferably in Economics, Cybernetics, or Business Administration;

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar field; expertise in Budgeting & Reporting or the Human Resources area is a plus;

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines;

• Demonstrated capacity for analysis and synthesis;

• Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset;

• Advanced in English;

• Solid command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
