We are looking for an Transformation Consultant - Technology Delivery to design and deliver technology change across Agile ways of working, AI productivity tooling and engineering excellence. You will co‑create OKRs and Activity Roadmaps with Portfolio Managers, run pilots and scale practices to improve delivery predictability, developer productivity and resilience.
This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We Will Count On You To
- Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Heads of Engineering, Product, and Data & AI teams to design, lead, and embed transformative change across Agile ways of working, AI productivity tooling, and engineering excellence;
- Co-create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Activity Roadmaps, facilitating alignment and measurable outcomes across engineering portfolios;
- Lead pilots for AI productivity tools and institutionalize engineering practices and governance to scale improvements;
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery practices, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and technical debt management;
- Coach teams and leaders on Agile frameworks, metrics, ceremonies, and adoption of AI tools with responsible governance;
- Define KPIs, establish governance cadences, and proactively manage risks and escalations;
- Build internal capability through workshops, playbooks, coaching, and communities of practice;
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure integration with enterprise security and procurement standards;
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology transformation in medium-to-large engineering organizations, with a strong focus on Agile transformation;
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, OKR design, and facilitation;
- Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, observability, DevOps/SRE principles, and technical debt management;
- Familiarity with AI tooling for software engineering and the ability to balance opportunity with governance and risk;
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority;
- Data-driven decision-making and practical problem-solving mindset;
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture and supporting diverse perspectives;
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), OKR practitioner, and change management certifications;
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional Agile transformations and scaling engineering excellence initiatives;
- Experience piloting and scaling AI productivity tools with responsible governance frameworks;
- Ability to build strong partnerships across diverse teams and influence change at multiple organizational levels;
- Passion for continuous learning and capability building through coaching and knowledge sharing;
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in delivery predictability, developer productivity, and system resilience;
