We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to ensure the optimal performance, stability, and security of our company's IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and improving all network and infrastructure devices, ensuring high uptime, executing preventative maintenance, and implementing automation where possible.

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching).
• Experience configuring and managing firewalls, with a strong grasp of security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with server administration (Windows Server and Linux).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox).
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with NVR, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and automation tools.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

 We would be thrilled if you have:

• CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional)
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+
• MCSA/MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
• VMware VCP or similar virtualization certification

We will be working together on:

• Ensuring all network and infrastructure devices are functional, including physical/virtual servers, wired/wireless networks, firewalls, NVR, and access control systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance on all systems to minimize downtime.
• Keeping all devices up to date with the latest security patches, firmware, and software versions.
• Conducting regular checks, audits, and performance tests to ensure 99.8% uptime for critical systems.
• Proactively monitoring infrastructure for performance bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and faults.
• Maintaining and configuring monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds).
• Executing regular data server backups in accordance with company policies.
• Maintaining and testing disaster recovery procedures.
• Managing and configuring firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Conducting security assessments and penetration tests.
• Developing and implementing automation scripts/tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of network topology, device configurations, and maintenance logs.
