We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Manager to join our growing team here in Switzerland 🇨🇭!

In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, governance, and execution of data management practices across the organization. You’ll ensure data accuracy, quality, and security — empowering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. • Develop and implement data management strategies, governance policies, and best practices
• Oversee data collection, storage, integration, and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to ensure data accessibility and consistency
• Lead data cleansing and validation initiatives to improve reliability and integrity
• Manage data platforms and oversee database systems and architecture
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
• Support business intelligence and analytics teams by optimizing data pipelines and workflows
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to data teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in data management, data governance, or database administration
• Strong understanding of data architecture, warehousing, and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal!)
