Core Frontend Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Good knowledge of how browsers work in terms of performance, security, and functionality
- Experience with developing for different types of platforms and device sizes
- Understanding of proper testing strategies
- Experience using AI development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- Understanding of how to effectively collaborate with AI assistants for frontend development
- Knowledge of AI development best practices and limitations
- Ability to evaluate when to leverage AI assistance versus fundamental development skills
- Experience with frontend testing tools like Cypress
- Knowledge of performance optimization and web vitals
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Understanding of modern web development practices
- Experience working in an agile product development environment
- Interest in or experience with integrating AI/ML capabilities into frontend applications
- Design-focused: Good feel for design and user experience
- Adaptive problem solver: Can work independently, but knows when to ask questions or collaborate
- Great team player: Communicate effectively and translate requirements into well-designed technical solutions
- AI-native approach: Think strategically about how AI can solve problems and enhance your workflow
- Growth-oriented: Stay current with frontend trends and AI-powered development practices
- Strong communicator: Excellent English communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
