Rendering Engineer (C/C++/OpenGL/Vulkan)


📍 Location: Lund, Sweden (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

We’re looking for a Rendering Engineer to drive the visual development of next-generation applications. You’ll work on real-time, high-performance graphics for embedded and mobile systems, collaborating closely with designers, artists, and software engineers to deliver stunning, optimized visuals.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and optimize the rendering pipeline using modern C++ and graphics APIs.
  • Write and fine-tune GLSL shaders for lighting, shadows, and post-processing effects.
  • Profile and optimize GPU and CPU performance for embedded and mobile platforms.
  • Implement and maintain 3D rendering systems, asset pipelines, and scene management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn creative concepts into efficient, real-time visuals.


What You Bring

  • Expert-level C++ skills, including performance optimization and memory management.
  • Strong experience with OpenGL and/or Vulkan.
  • Hands-on experience with GLSL shader programming.
  • Background in embedded or mobile rendering environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


Bonus:

  • Experience in game development or interactive 3D graphics.
  • A portfolio or personal projects demonstrating rendering work.
