Want to play a key role in a growing tech company where your work truly matters? DigiProc is looking for a hands-on Customer Operations Coordinator to lead contact research and customer support, two key areas in our Customer Success operations, and help shape how we work going forward.

DigiProc is a fast-growing SaaS company in Stockholm helping businesses manage supplier relationships smarter. We’re a tight-knit team of 14, working closely together to support our customers and continuously improve how we operate.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead contact research: Coordinate a small team and ensure accurate supplier contact data for our customers’ upcoming negotiations.
  • Customer & supplier support: Be the go-to person when we run customer initiatives, supporting both customers and their suppliers throughout the digital negotiation process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Drive improvement: Play a key role in developing these two areas together with the team, contributing to both process and product improvements.


Who You Are

  • Structured and proactive with a “get things done” mindset
  • Comfortable coordinating others and managing your own responsibilities
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a scaling startup
  • No degree required, we value motivation and ownership above all
