About The Role
As CRM Specialist at Photowall, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing our customer communication and retention strategies. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll manage and evolve our CRM setup in Klaviyo, ensuring personalized and high-performing customer journeys across all touchpoints.
Your work will go beyond email - you’ll also explore new communication channels such as RCS and WhatsApp, helping us connect with our customers in smarter and more meaningful ways.
This is a hybrid role, balancing strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll have the opportunity to drive both day-to-day activities and long-term innovation within one of Europe’s most forward-thinking e-commerce companies, where technology, data, and marketing creativity go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Photowall’s CRM platform (Klaviyo): structure, automations, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value (CLV).
- Lead the exploration and implementation of new communication channels, including RCS and WhatsApp.
- Plan, build, and analyze multi-market CRM campaigns together with our copy, design, and performance teams.
- Ensure a data-driven approach to communication and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with broader marketing goals.
- Has 3+ years of CRM or marketing automation experience within e-commerce or D2C.
- Is hands-on and analytical, with a passion for turning insights into action.
- Has experience working with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms.
- Understands customer segmentation, retention strategies, and A/B testing.
- Is curious and proactive, eager to test new tools and channels like RCS, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with both creative and technical colleagues.
- Experience working with BI tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms is considered a strong merit.
