Skills And Experience
- At least 8+ yrs of relevant work experience in Business Analyst role.
- Good exposure of client and stakeholder management.
- Experienced in coordinating with development team to fill the gap between IT and Business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and documenting requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and various platform features.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with FSC (or Financial Services industry experience), integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems is often a plus.
- Good to have relevant/basic Salesforce administration/functional certifications.
