Skills And Experience

• At least 8+ yrs of relevant work experience in Business Analyst role.
• Good exposure of client and stakeholder management.
• Experienced in coordinating with development team to fill the gap between IT and Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and various platform features.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with FSC (or Financial Services industry experience), integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems is often a plus.
• Good to have relevant/basic Salesforce administration/functional certifications.
