What You’ll Do:

• Lead service reliability initiatives and infrastructure automation.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive observability engineering using tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Power BI.
• Ensure robust production support and platform operations.
• Continuously improve system performance and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in SRE, production support, and platform operations.
• Strong background in monitoring and analytics.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture and automation.
