What You’ll Do
Responsible for the successful ongoing operation, coordination and management of VFNET CRM,Retail solutions and manage Application servers that mostly critical business processes runs on it.
- Fixed Customer&Online Serv. Ops Manager should have the ability to track performance and availability of customer faced applications with advanced process in proactive manner
- Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support
- Working closely with releated Solutions, Infrastructure, Customer support, L1, Devops, Security teams to help drive the company strategy and serve the best services out to our customers
-  Drive and manage contract management for services being delivered from outsource partners. Track the contract kpi’s, improve the capability and performance for the services being delivered 
- Experience in leading squads and processes, tools and techniques, particularly Agile Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in managing applications build with openshift, java, .netcore frameworks. Experience in designing, building and managing applications automation features
- Good experience and knowledge about DevOps, SRE concepts
