As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal platforms, APIs, and data pipelines that power a global product ecosystem. This is a highly technical and cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with engineering leads, designers, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and developer-friendly systems. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, pipeline efficiency, and system resiliency—enabling downstream teams to build innovative features faster and with confidence. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, pipeline efficiency, and system resiliency—enabling downstream teams to build innovative features faster and with confidence. Accountabilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal and external APIs, SDKs, and data ingestion pipelines
- Define a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for reliable and scalable backend platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results across performance, compliance, and usability
- Improve developer experience through documentation, versioning strategies, sandbox environments, and reference implementations
- Partner with internal product teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate dependencies
- Lead post-incident reviews and ensure systemic fixes that strengthen platform stability
- Communicate progress and impact through clear updates, metrics, and stakeholder reports
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong expertise as a technical or platform PM
- Hands-on experience managing APIs, data pipelines, ETL/ELT systems, or backend infrastructure at scale
- Proven collaboration with engineering teams in highly technical environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to document complex systems clearly
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills for managing multiple interdependent initiatives
- Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed teams
- Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in data quality, latency, and reliability
