As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal platforms, APIs, and data pipelines that power a global product ecosystem. This is a highly technical and cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with engineering leads, designers, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and developer-friendly systems. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, pipeline efficiency, and system resiliency—enabling downstream teams to build innovative features faster and with confidence. This role offers the opportunity to shape critical infrastructure, influence company-wide impact, and grow within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal and external APIs, SDKs, and data ingestion pipelines
  • Define a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for reliable and scalable backend platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results across performance, compliance, and usability
  • Improve developer experience through documentation, versioning strategies, sandbox environments, and reference implementations
  • Partner with internal product teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate dependencies
  • Lead post-incident reviews and ensure systemic fixes that strengthen platform stability
  • Communicate progress and impact through clear updates, metrics, and stakeholder reports


Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong expertise as a technical or platform PM
  • Hands-on experience managing APIs, data pipelines, ETL/ELT systems, or backend infrastructure at scale
  • Proven collaboration with engineering teams in highly technical environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to document complex systems clearly
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills for managing multiple interdependent initiatives
  • Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed teams
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in data quality, latency, and reliability
