Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating strategies for major WDM projects in the representative office/customer group: Understand the customer's network requirements, identify the customer's network gaps, plan the operational objectives and strategies for WDM projects in the Turkish market, and ensure the achievement of major project goals.
• Responsible for setting and achieving market and order targets for WDM products in the representative office/customer group.
• Responsible for marketing activities for WDM products in the representative office/customer group, and building/improving the brand and product competitiveness of Huawei WDM.
• Responsible for technical support and promotion of WDM products in the representative office/customer group.
• Responsible for the operation of WDM projects, strategy implementation, technical exchanges, configuration and quotation, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements for experienced hires:

• Possess deep technical expertise in WDM, with preference given to those familiar with products from Nokia, Ciena, Infinera, ADVA, etc.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in WDM, with experience in WDM network maintenance, WDM network planning, or WDM product market expansion.
