We’re on the lookout for an HR Assistant who’s eager to learn and knows a thing or two about international recruitment and HR projects. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can speak and write English and Polish fluently
  • Is keen on developing their skills in HR
  • Is proactive, confident, and can get things done quickly
  • Loves working with people
  • Can handle multiple tasks and projects like a pro
  • Is a great organizer and knows how to prioritize tasks
  • Can adapt to changes easily

Your responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings with candidates and helping out the HR Team with their daily tasks
  • Providing office support and doing admin work
  • Helping our recruiters find candidates and keeping our database updated
  • Creating and posting job ads
  • Giving feedback to job applicants on their hiring status
  • Making materials for Employer Branding
