Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing videos and 3D animated motion graphics for campaigns and social media channels
  • Build, light, and render scenes with strong attention to detail in materials, textures, and visual storytelling
  • Create dynamic simulations (particles, fluids, smoke, or physics-based effects) that enhance energy and appeal
  • Collaborate with marketing, user acquisition, and game teams to develop engaging concepts that drive creative performance
  • Continuously research and apply visual and motion design trends from the gaming and advertising industries
  • Optimize creative workflows and maintain high production standards across all deliverables


Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Blender or Cinema 4D, with deep knowledge of lighting, materials, and render settings
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience creating simulations (particles, fluids, smoke, cloth, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and motion design principles
  • Creative problem solver who combines technical skill with storytelling and aesthetic sensitivity
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Basic knowledge of Unity is a strong plus
  • Passion for games and a desire to craft visually stunning, performance-driven content
