Agile Support Coach
The Cyber Defense Center (CDC) Platform is seeking an Agile Coach to apply their expertise in organizational agility while driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and facilitating high Agile performance across CDC squads. In addition, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the platform lead, ensuring the efficient organization of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, product backlog grooming, and the creation of product release plans.
- Evaluate the Agile maturity of CDC teams and coach them in identifying improvement opportunities and resolving impediments.
- Collaborate with leadership to cultivate an environment that promotes organizational agility, digital transformation, and a strong customer focus.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Agile frameworks, practices, and targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational agility.
- Design and facilitate group events to introduce and teach best practice Agile working methods.
- Setting up, maintaining, and enhancing ADO features to improve team/squad efficiency.
- Support the platform lead with administrative tasks to maintain an organized and efficient platform.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, and Scrum.
- Proficient in Agile management techniques, including daily stand-ups, scrums, backlog creation and development, sprint planning, and complexity measurement.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including setting up, maintaining, and enhancing ADO features to improve team/squad efficiency.
- Proven success in implementing Agile practices across various environments, supporting Agile teams of different sizes and complexities.
- Background in change management and digital transformation strategy and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, with the ability to bring structure to chaotic situations.
