In the Relationship Management (XRM) team, we are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills.
To help realize strategic goals, the Business Analyst supports the Product Owner in analyzing epics and business features. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, the development team, and management to optimize processes and contribute to the team’s ambitious roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and needs through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured user stories.
- Support the development of business cases, perform impact analyses, and contribute to defining a clear roadmap.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, test, and implement solutions.
- Monitor the progress and success of implemented changes.
- Act as a bridge between the business and the Transformation Office (TO) department.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proactive attitude and talent for collaboration.
- Knowledge of insurance processes is required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in insurance business analysis and process optimization.
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience with process modeling, business feature mapping, and user story writing.
- Experience in stakeholder management, using stakeholder analysis tools and techniques.
